We focus on issues related to mechanical, industrial, human factors, ergonomic and safety engineering design, investigation, and analysis. We provide services throughout the US with multiple international assignments. Our cases have included both civil and criminal issues.
Aleksander & Associates, P.A. have been retained to provide expert witness testimony in a wide range of technical investigations. These include investigations of engineering systems and components, determination of proximate cause of failure and contributing factors, equipment failures, manufacturing anomalies, accidents, event or accident reconstruction, technical interpretation of documents, drawings, and testimony, documentation, photography, and exhibit preparation.

Services & Tests
Services include site investigations, photo and video documentation and analysis, photogrammetric studies, microscopy, experimental design and statistical analysis.Tests provided include laboratory disassembly and testing, engineering tests, preliminary metallurgical fracture analysis, as well as case specific testing. Additional team support can be provided with specialized laboratories, metallurgists, and x-ray facilities. Equipment or devices can be instrumented for data collection and testing.
